The quality of the product is terrible. The surface of the pan has a bulge in the center. When oil is added, the center remains dry (without oil). Therefore, it burns and the center sticks. It is impossible to use. The burnt mark remains in the photo, even after washing several times. Getting a refund is complicated, because they usually ask for the product to be returned and I don’t have the shipping packaging preserved. Still, I will try to request a refund.

The frying pan arrived on time, but with a bent edge; the packaging was just a regular cardboard box and bubble wrap, so it couldn’t withstand the impact. I requested a return, and they wrote that I have to pack it well!!! and send it back with some label; I have nothing else to do but stand in queues at the post office. In general, I agreed to a partial refund, less than half the cost, but the hassle is more expensive. I would like to mention one more thing: the color does not match what is shown in the picture, and most importantly, the bottom of the frying pan is not fully coated with a special layer for induction cooktops. There is about 3 cm from the edge that is not covered, but of course they don’t show that in the picture. In general, it’s better to buy from your local store, even if it’s a bit more expensive, but at least it’s not a blind purchase, and there are no surprises.
