The egg cooker boils the entire reservoir dry in under three minutes, which is far too powerful. the eggs don’t even get a chance to cook through or harden. i can also smell a faint scent of burning plastic from the wiring while it’s running. although it has an auto-shutoff, it occasionally restarts on its own, making it feel extremely unsafe to leave unattended.

Very good machine!! but you really need to get a different egg cup for pricking the eggs, the one that comes with it is not good. i use one that i got on amazon.

Very bad packaging received all tattered in box lucky the item only has scratches. i was going to gift this to a friend but with tattered box not possible.

The regular kettle does its job, although you have to experiment with the amount of water according to the number of eggs you want to boil, since the instructions are not clear at all, let alone in Spanish. As for the shipping, it was a real mess. The box came in a plastic envelope without any type of protection, and that’s how it arrived; luckily, the kettle was fine.
