    The box was dented during transportation, and the product was slightly bent as well. It’s not visually very noticeable, but because of this, the eggs get stuck in the middle and don’t roll when you remove the outer ones; they just stay in place. The lid also doesn’t close well, or rather, it just doesn’t stay on.

    The plastic is very soft and warped in transit. i can’t fix it with my hands because in some spots it’s too hard and either doesn’t bend at all or other spots are so soft that it won’t stay how i try to move it. it looks like the package sat in the sun and got smashed by other things. the egg holder doesn’t sit stable on the counter and wobbles. the shelf lifts up from being squeezed by the warped sides. i don’t like it, the damage makes it very ugly compared to what i thought it was gonna look like.
