I filled it 2/3 with water and an egg on each side. Put to microwave and used 2.5 minutes timer. Right before the end there was a big bang and one egg exploded. The other exploded when i stick a teaspoon in it.
Don’t overdo it. Start with short timers.
I assume it will work with shorter microwaving times. But there should be a warning. Especially the second one exploded nearly into my face.

The product arrived broken, it was only packaged in a plastic bag without bubble wrap. The lid has a crack and does not close properly. I have requested a refund so I haven’t had a chance to try it.
