I’ve used these a couple of times to poach eggs by floating the molds in a boiling pot but don’t like the result. The silicon seems to insulate the eggs from the heat meaning that cooking takes a lot longer and the eggs cook unevenly so that the top is a little undercooked while the bottom nearest the silicon is overcooked. The eggs also stick to the mold and don’t come out cleanly.
I haven’t tried them in a microwave so don’t have an opinion on using them that way yet.
Delivery to new zealand took 7 days.
The seller’s service was good but the product itself isn’t recommended.
